I am a positive person who is very eager to assist individuals by learning their needs and wants, and I use this approach in counseling, that makes individuals feel comfortable. I believe due to my positive outlook and calm demeanor, assists with alleviating barriers will help individuals feel comfortable and transparent during sessions.

I have a Master’s in Social Work Degree from Cleveland State University and I am a Licensed Social Worker. I became a therapist because I enjoy helping others work through challenges in life and reaching their desired goals.

I have completed many trainings and will continue refresher trainings throughout my practice, which include, human trafficking, mental health, substance abuse, domestic violence, intimate partner violence, gang culture, LGBTQ, and positive relationships.

I am always looking to learn and work with different modalities because everyone has a unique circumstance, but I enjoy working with Solution Focused Therapy, positive reinforcement, active listening, motivational mirroring and trauma focused therapy.
